At the center of my work is a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. Depending on your needs, I choose methods individually – at a pace that is possible and understandable for you. If something doesn’t suit you – we change it. If you need something – we find it together.
I conduct individual therapy and movement workshops. I work in Polish, Spanish and English, online and in person in Barcelona.
In the systemic approach, I look at a person as a whole – an individual who lives in a specific environment, relationships, and histories. What you feel doesn’t come from nowhere. Together we look for context and meaning.
Somatic techniques (e.g., breathing exercises, grounding, movement) help to get closer to experiences that are difficult to express in words – but that the body often remembers. This is especially important for people who have difficulty naming emotions, are overstimulated, or disconnected from the body.
You don’t have to “know how” to feel. You don’t have to “know what’s happening.” It’s enough that you are – and that we can look at it together.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one journey where we will explore your emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns together. In a safe and supportive space, we will delve into your thoughts and feelings in order to understand the underlying factors affecting your life. Sessions can be conducted online, in person in Barcelona, or in a mixed manner.
Group movement therapy in Barcelona is a therapeutic intervention in which individuals engage in guided and free-flowing movement exercises in a supportive group environment, combined with verbal expression. Using expressive and improvisational movement techniques, this therapy promotes emotional expression, self-awareness, and interpersonal connection. Through shared movement experiences and non-verbal communication, participants can explore their emotions, build trust, and develop a strong sense of belonging.

Therapy sessions take place in person at my office on Plaza Urquinaona in Barcelona, where I provide a comfortable and safe space to work. For those who cannot attend in person, I also offer online sessions, and if possible, I recommend hybrid therapy — combining face-to-face and remote meetings, which allows for flexibility and full use of the benefits of both forms.
As a therapist in Polish in Barcelona, I conduct sessions in Polish, Spanish, and English. This allows you to choose the language in which you feel comfortable and can most easily express your thoughts and emotions.
Each individual session – both in-person in Barcelona (office at Plaza Urquinaona) and online – lasts 50 minutes and costs 65 euros.
I offer free, 20-minute online consultations for new clients, during which we can get to know each other and discuss possible collaborations. The first therapy session is a time to get to know each other better, understand the problem that brings you to therapy, and determine your needs. You can talk about what’s bothering you, or simply share how you feel. Together we will set goals and the form of further work. It is also possible to schedule a full first therapy session immediately.
I offer individual therapy in a relational-systemic approach, enriched with somatic techniques, i.e., working with the body. Additionally, I run movement workshops EmocionArte, which support conscious work with the body and emotional development.
