I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, working in a relational-systemic approach with somatic practice.
At the heart of my work is a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. Depending on your needs, I choose methods individually – at a pace that is possible and understandable for you. If something doesn’t suit you – we change it. If you need something – we find it together.
I conduct individual therapy and movement workshops. I work in Polish, Spanish and English, online and in person in Barcelona.
In a systemic approach, I look at a person as a whole – an individual who lives in a specific environment, relationships, and histories. What you feel doesn’t come from nowhere. Together we look for context and meaning.
Somatic techniques (e.g., breathing exercises, grounding, movement) help to get closer to experiences that are difficult to express in words – but that the body often remembers. This is especially important for people who have difficulty naming emotions, are overstimulated, or cut off from their body.
You don’t have to “know how” to feel. You don’t have to “know what’s happening.” It’s enough that you are – and that we can look at it together.
I was born and raised in Poland. My path to psychotherapy began with an internal need to understand myself – over time, it transformed into a deep passion for working with other people.
Before becoming a psychologist, I danced for many years – I trained in contemporary and classical dance at a semi-professional level. Movement and the body have always been a language for me – a way of expressing myself, returning to balance, and emotional regulation. To this day, I believe that conscious movement, yoga, and dance can be a form of deep healing.
Over time, I decided to delve into what is invisible: emotions, memory, the mind, relationships, and family systems. Psychology became my new, lasting path – it taught me mindfulness, conscious thinking, working with beliefs, and sensitivity towards myself and others.
Outside the office, you can meet me on a mountain trail, in a park, among plants, or at the kitchen counter – cooking is my daily form of meditation. I love art, music, and movement – I reach for them as sources of expression, regeneration, and contact with myself. I believe that art has the power to liberate – because it restores the body’s right to feel, remember, and speak without having to ask for permission.
I know that taking the first step can be difficult.
That’s why I’m here – to accompany you in this.
I will answer all your questions.
