EmocionArt is a series of workshops for people who want to deepen their self-discovery process or supplement psychotherapy through conscious work with the body. It is a space created for people seeking regulation, relief, and joy from connecting with themselves through movement.
Nowadays, the importance of the body in therapy is increasingly discussed. The body is our first home – the place we inhabit every day, which remembers, processes emotions, and gives signals before the mind does. The bodily process has its own dynamics – it often needs more time and attention than words. EmocionArt workshops allow you to stop, listen to yourself, and discover the pleasure of being in motion.
Each body and each process is unique. The workshops are based on gentle guidance and free exploration – you do not need to have dance experience or special fitness. What matters is your pace and readiness.
During the workshop, we use various forms of expression – movement, breath, imagination, drawing, and words – to name what has moved. What is noticed and named becomes more conscious – and this is the first step towards change or deeper reflection.
Through mindfulness of the body, we look for points of support – internal “anchors” that help create a safe space to experience oneself. Movement in a group strengthens the sense of belonging, rhythm builds community, and synergy supports individual and group regulation.
Workshops take place in small groups (10–12 people) in Spanish or English. Classes in Polish are also possible if a sufficient group gathers.
If you want to experience a deeper connection with yourself, strengthen your body, take care of your emotions, and feel part of a supportive group – I warmly invite you.
This is time just for you. Without judgment, without rushing, in a rhythm that you can feel.
I will answer all your questions.
