Hello. Since you’re here, maybe you’re carrying a question that’s bothering you, or a need for change that no longer fits in solitary lifting. Maybe you don’t quite know where to start – and that’s okay.
Individual therapy is a space where you can be yourself – without pressure, without judgment, at your own pace. In a safe, supportive relationship, we can look at what is important, difficult or incomprehensible to you.
Therapy is like a bench in the shade – a place where you can stop, catch your breath and look at your interior with kindness. You don’t have to say everything right away. It’s enough that you are.
During therapy, our common goal is to deepen self-awareness, change perspectives and understand the complexities of your inner world and the challenges that affect your daily life. Thanks to this insight, we work on introducing changes that bring real relief and support your development.
During the sessions, we can look at patterns, emotions and thoughts that require gentle exploration. We will recognize them, understand them and – if necessary – rearrange them to reduce suffering and feel more freedom. Our conversations may concern emotions, relationships, worries, memories – and each session will be tailored to your needs. Every story is different – therefore our work will reflect your individuality.
I know that living in a new country can be full of challenges. Nostalgia, lack of a support network, language barriers or cultural differences affect how you feel. I work mainly with people in emigration who are looking for contact and understanding in their language, as well as a space where they can be authentic.
I also help parents who want to better understand their children, build deeper bonds, and develop parenting skills – especially in a migratory and intercultural context.
During the first few meetings, we get to know each other better. I will ask you what brings you here, what you are struggling with, what you desire. If you don’t know the answers yet – we will discover them together.
We don’t focus solely on difficulties. An important element of therapy is recognizing and strengthening resources – internal competencies, values, and strengths that are already present within you. The therapeutic process is not only about healing wounds but also about building contact with what is effective, alive, and stable within you.
My approach is relational-systemic, with somatic and mindfulness elements. Together, we look at the influence of family, cultural, and social systems on your experiences. I also work with the body – in a simple, mindful way – because the body often tells what we cannot yet name with words.
During work, I use both conventional therapeutic methods and more creative tools – such as conscious movement, somatic techniques, or meditation – if you feel it might be helpful for you.
You don’t have to know what you want right away. Sometimes all it takes is the desire to hit the road. Asking for support is not a sign of weakness – it’s courage and the first step to change.
Your well-being and development are at the center of our joint journey. My work is subject to constant supervision and improvement – both in Spain and in Poland.
At the beginning, we usually meet once a week – to build continuity and security.
Over time, we can change the rhythm – e.g. to sessions every two weeks – or meet ad hoc if the therapy goals have been achieved.
I offer in-person sessions in Barcelona, as well as hybrid sessions (online/in-person).
I work in Polish, Spanish and English – you can choose the one in which you feel safest.
If you want to check if this is the right place for you – please contact me via the form or e-mail.
The first 20-minute online meeting is free – it’s an opportunity to get to know each other and see if it’s a good time to work together.
I will answer all your questions.
